What was life like before you met Jesus?
I grew up in a Catholic family and went to Catholic school, so I felt more forced to learn about God in a school environment rather than wanting to know Him personally. I never really pursued him in any way and felt I needed to be accepted by everyone around me. I felt depressed and worthless all the time because I didn't like who I was or what I was doing with my life.
How did you meet Jesus?
In January 2021, I went to Veritas for the first time and started to feel more confident in my faith and myself. It’s been progressing through the year the more I've pursued Jesus and started talking more about Him and the bible.
After being saved by Jesus what is your life like now?
After placing my trust in Jesus, I have found hope and I now know Jesus is the only thing I need. He loves me for who I am and he created me and chose me. I'm much happier knowing who Jesus is and the purpose and opportunities I have. I now pray and put my trust in him everyday. I also have health problems that used to worry me all the time and I always had negative thoughts. But with Jesus, I know he has a plan for me. In every way, no matter what, he is the answer for me and everyone else.
